Fruit Yogurt Bites

Ingredients
- 240 ml plain yogurt - unsweetened, no xylitol, no artificial sweeteners
- 120 g banana - sliced into small pieces
- 225 g apple - peeled, cored, sliced into small pieces

Instructions
- Place the sliced apple, sliced banana, and yogurt in a bowl
- Mix until the fruit slices are coated with yogurt.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or in bite sized pieces on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the treats for 3-4 hours or until frozen solid.
- Remove the frozen treats from mold and serve as a cool and healthy snack.
Consumption and Storage
Store the frozen treats in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1-2 months.
