240 ml plain yogurt - unsweetened, no xylitol, no artificial sweeteners
120 g banana - sliced into small pieces
225 g apple - peeled, cored, sliced into small pieces

Dice banana and apple into small chunks.
Mix fruit chunks with yogurt in a bowl.
Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or in bite sized pieces on a baking sheet.
Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
Remove the frozen treats from mold and serve as a cool and healthy snack.
Consumption and Storage
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Serve 1–2 treats or a lick mat portion occasionally as a tasty snack alongside a balanced diet.
