Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with sealed packaging only. Open or unsealed packages will not be accepted.
  • Please include the packing slip or invoice inside your return package. If you don’t have your packing slip or invoice, contact us at hello@grublify.com and we will provide a copy.
  • Returns will be credited based on the number of units returned multiplied by the original unit price paid, excluding any shipping fees. For example, For example, if you purchased 2 units of a nutrition pack for $26 total (with $10 per unit plus $6 shipping) and return 1 unit, you will receive a $10 refund for the item returned. Shipping fees are not refundable, so the $6 shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
  • There are no restocking fees; the full value for eligible returned items will be issued as a refund or store credit.

How to start a return

  • Contact us at hello@grublify.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label as a gesture of good faith along with instructions on where and how to send the package.
  • You are responsible for including the packing slip inside the return package and for printing and attaching the return shipping label.

Packaging and Shipping Your Return

  • Please repack the items securely in their original packaging or other appropriate packaging to prevent damages during shipping.
  • We are not responsible for refunding products that are damaged while in transit during the return shipment; customers are expected to ensure items are returned in their original, undamaged condition.

Damages and issues upon receipt

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
  • Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Gift Returns

  • If you received an item as a gift, you may return it within 30 days and choose to receive either a refund to the original purchaser (if identifiable) or store credit.
  • To facilitate a gift return, please contact us at hello@grublify.com with your order or gift information.

Store Credit Option

  • We offer the option to receive store credit instead of a refund. If you prefer store credit, please indicate this preference when you contact us about your return.
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at hello@grublify.com.
